Hi, My name is Su hyun Kim and I am B.S student in Electronics Engineering at Kyungpook National University, Daegu, Republic of Korea. Also, I joined in AI -SoC summer camp during 2024 summer.

Research Topic

I am interested in embedded memory design that is easy to be jumbled with CMOS logic processes in overcoming the shortcomings of SRAM currently used in embedded memory which has density and scalability limitations due to its large cell size. More specifically, I am pursuing the creation of an IC chip that uses CMOS, which composes a logic circuit with two types of MOSFETs, to achieve low power consumption and ultimately miniaturize the semiconductor device.
